Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://losangelestreecare.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Pineda's Tree Care Inc markets and arranges Tree Trimming, Tree Removal, Stump Grinding, Weed Control. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Pineda's Tree Care Inc or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Account Closure. Pineda's Tree Care Inc reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Pineda's Tree Care Inc does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Pineda's Tree Care Inc's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pineda's Tree Care Inc from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of CA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in CA.
Updates. Pineda's Tree Care Inc reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
